The Prophet (peace be upon him)said:

If people knew the reward in praying Fajr and Isha in congregation...



they would go to the mosque even if they had to crawl

(Bukhari and Muslim)

Dirty Robe

Imam ibn al-Jawzi رحمه الله was once asked:

"Is it better for me to make Tasbeeh (praise Allah) or to make Istighfaar (seek forgiveness)?"

He replied:

"The dirty robe is more in need of soap than perfume"

head and heart

It came to realization that these three feelings must revolve in our heads and hearts on EVERYDAY basis; SYUKUR, SABAR & TAWAKKAL.

And I am struggling to reach that ultimate level of taqwa, and I hope Allah give me the chance to get there.
